We have renewed the website for LIFE INOCHI — Re-experience Birth.
LIFE INOCHI is now in its ninth year.
As we look towards its tenth year next year, we are reflecting anew on how the film can be part of people’s lives, and how we can carry it into the future.
As AI becomes ever more present in our lives and society changes around us, how will we recognise the preciousness of our own existence?
Surrounded by information and comparison, we may sometimes lose our sense of who we are.

At such moments, we can return to our own beginnings and feel, in body and heart, the extraordinary coming together of circumstances that brought our life into being.
We are irreplaceable, just as we are.
We believe that feeling this can become a foundation for trusting ourselves and finding our way forward.
We hope you will bring LIFE INOCHI into your communities and schools, and into the lives of children. We hope that experiencing the film together will open conversations between parents and children, and across generations.
These hopes are at the heart of our renewed website. Alongside the story behind the film, it introduces different ways to experience LIFE INOCHI and make it part of your community.

Some things continue to touch us deeply across eras, countries and languages. Revisited over the years, they reveal new meanings and are passed on to the next generation. We want to cherish the value that grows through this continuing relationship.

However much society changes, some things resonate deep within us. Through LIFE INOCHI, we want to pass on moments in which people can feel this enduring, shared significance.
In communities, schools and families, we can watch LIFE INOCHI and share what we feel. We can bring our voices together and feel our own presence, our own life. These experiences stay with us and are carried from one person to another.
Even after the film has passed beyond our hands, we hope that people will continue to find opportunities to return to the beginnings of their own lives.
